Policies

  • CANCELLATIONS: If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid an automatic credit card charge of 50% of the service value. ‘No show’ appointments will be charged for the full value of the scheduled service.

  • LATE ARRIVAL: A 15 minute grace period is allowed upon arrival. Outside of this window you may be asked to reschedule, resulting in a rescheduling fee of $50. I understand things come up! We are all human and no one is immune to this. I will do what I am able to accommodate your situation. I try my best to communicate and respect your time, I only ask the same of you.

  • REDOS: I take pride in my work and want you to leave the salon feeling your best! If you are unhappy with your service or have questions, please reach out within seven days via email or text. I’m happy to address your concerns. I do not provide refunds for services.
