CANCELLATIONS: Please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you must cancel within the 24 hour window, up to 100% of the service price will be charged to the credit card on file.
LATE ARRIVAL: A 15 minute grace period is allowed upon arrival. Outside of this window you may be asked to reschedule, resulting in a rescheduling fee of $50. I understand things come up! We are all human and no one is immune to this. I will do what I am able to accommodate your situation. I try my best to communicate and respect your time, I only ask the same of you.
REDOS: I take pride in my work and want you to leave the salon feeling your best! If you are unhappy with your service or have questions, please reach out within seven days via email or text. I’m happy to address your concerns. I do not provide refunds for services.
COVID: If you are experiencing symptoms, please cancel your appointment. There will be no fees associated with symptom related cancellations. Arrive to your appointment on time and wait in your car for a call or text that we are ready for you. Please do not bring children or guests as the waiting area will be closed. Wash your hands upon arrival. Arrive with clean dry hair. Come prepared with a face mask that ties behind the ears,not behind the head. If you are unable to bring a mask, one will be provided.
